Return & Refund

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you've received the correct item in good condition but aren't fully satisfied, please contact us at info@kysaki.com for assistance. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Please note: all returned items are donated to a local charity, helping us reduce waste and give back to the community.

If you've received an incorrect or defective item, please email a photo of the item to info@kysaki.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once we've received and inspected your return, you'll be eligible for a full refund of the returned item (excluding shipping costs).

Return policy and guidelines:

  • For unsatisfied customers: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • For defective or incorrect items: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and send a photo or video as proof.
  • Use a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging (unopened or opened).
  • Make sure all items are properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will only be processed after our team has received and inspected the returned items.

What's not eligible for return?

  • Return requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Returns that have been lost or damaged due to improper packaging.
  • Return shipping costs.
