    Every KYSAKI knife is crafted from Japanese 440-steel, the same material used to forge ultra-sharp katanas. The tsuchime (hammered) pattern on the blade isn’t just for decoration: it prevents ingredients from sticking, so you can work faster and cleaner.

    We don’t settle for “sharp.” We want a blade that glides effortlessly through a tomato without squashing it. That cuts through an onion without destroying its cell structure. That still feels like new after hundreds of uses.
